Madison Oil offers two service plans. They both include an annual energy efficiency check up and emergency service for the covered parts listed for each plan.

Proper maintenance is vital for the effectiveness and longevity of your heating system. Having this maintenance performed annually will prevent many small problems from becoming more expensive problems later on, in addition to increasing your systems efficiency rating. You can rest assured that you and your family will stay comfortable all season long with an expert tune-up and efficiency check up from Madison Oil.
As well as a thorough cleaning, the system will be tuned to maximize efficiency and inspected for safe operation. We will:
- Check and adjust draft regulator
- Check ignition system
- Clean and adjust electrodes
- Replace burner nozzle
- Change oil pump strainer
- Change oil filter
- Test and adjust controls
- Adjust flame
- Inspect smoke pipe
- Inspect combustion chamber
- Inspect and flush low water cut-off

Comprehensive Plan
Offering annual preventative maintenance and coverage for oil burner parts and emergency service calls.
There will be no charge for labor (daytime, nighttime, weekend or holidays) or for materials when any of the following "covered" parts of your heating system become defective due to normal wear and use:

Oil Fired Water Heater - an allowance of $100.00 will be made towards the replacement of a leaking water heater.
Warm Air Furnace - an allowance of $100.00 will be made towards the replacement of a cracked heat exchanger.
Boiler - an allowance of $200.00 will be made towards the replacement of a leaking boiler.
